Post Number 3 - London

The Christmas/New Year period is coming to an end (thank God), and the expedition is about to start. I'm bracing myself for a very bumpy journey, but I will get to my destination eventually. Unfortunately, I don't know where my destination is. 

However, I do know that I leave for Paris tomorrow, and in a week Natalie aka Noodle Allen will be joining me in my quest. You need to have as many warriors as possible, especially when in need of moral support. I have a positive feeling about the next 3 months. Here is a line up of auditions that we have so far:

1. Retina Dance Company - 10th/11th January in London (yes, I have to fly back for the weekend)

2. Cullberg Ballet - 24th/25th January in Stockholm (if I get a callback, I will miss the NDT audition)

3. Nederlands Dans Theater - 25th January in Den Haag

4. Skanes Dance Theater(?) - 7th/8th Febuary in Malmo (still awaiting a reply)

5. Danish Dance Theater - 21st/22nd Febuary in Copenhagen

6. Grand Theater du Geneve - 7th March in Geneva

Not too shabby, I think. In between those auditions, we will go to companies and workshops that we are interested in and try to get into the European dance scene. It will be a dark and perilous journey, but in the end the brave and strong will fulfill their goals and complete the quest! Hahaha! We might try to destroy The Ring while we're at it.
